They are published authors who have written a number of manuals about how to successfully invest in real estate.
Bill and Kim were not born with silver spoons in their mouths. Before becoming real estate investors, Kim managed Headhunters Beauty Salon in Marietta, Georgia, and Bill, after working for Electrolux Vacuums for 18 years, worked for Home Depot in Woodstock, Georgia.
In a recent interview, Bill was asked, “What is a real estate investor’s job?” He answered, “The job of a real estate investor IS NOT to buy or sell real estate, rather it is to SOLVE PEOPLE’S REAL ESTATE PROBLEMS.”**

Terrah Whitlock, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of North Georgia Homes, Inc. lives in Cartersville, Georgia with her husband Chad and her son Aaron.
Her background is in banking. For more than ten years, Terrah worked at a number of local banks including BB&T, Bank of America and was Branch Manager of Unity National Bank on Henderson Drive.
